Don’t go here if you actually care about respecting the wildlife and local people. This hotel’s location disrupts a natural wildlife corridor and puts the animals at risk.

A 5 plus Star Safari Experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Masai Mara We had the privilege of staying at the newly opened Ritz-Carlton, Masai Mara Safari, in the heart of Kenya’s iconic Masai Mara National Reserve. This exceptional property is the perfect balance between luxury and natural beauty. Attention to detail, exceptional customer service with delicious 5 star cuisine and amazing game drives and experiences all inclusive. Our suite was pure luxury with a private plunge pool and amazing river views. The Spa provided the most relaxing massages in an open and natural atmosphere with the beauty of nature sound effects in the background. From the moment we arrive at the airport we were greeted by our amazing driver/guide Lilimo and our amazing personal assistant Karina, with champagne and snacks. Special thanks to our amazing guide, Lolimo. His deep knowledge, and ability to find wildlife made every drive magical. And special thanks to Karina who ensured ever detail was perfect and every request made possible. Our suite was refreshed daily with thoughtful touches thanks to the wonderful cleaning team, whose quiet care made every return feel like a warm embrace. Security ensured we always felt safe. Chef David and his team made every dish memorable, and his cooking class was amazing. The Ritz-Carlton Masai Mara is the perfect place to stay, a sanctuary of adventure, comfort, and purpose. With its commitment to conservation, cultural connection, and immersive luxury, it offers a rare blend of authenticity and indulgence. If you're traveling to Africa, this camp is a must. And a special thanks to all the managers that took the time to personally get to know us and the cultural experience team that added a special touch to the whole experience along with the Canon Camera team who were so passionate and helpful leaving us with the perfect memories to cherish forever.
