Went here last week and this is my review about this hotel Lobby : Good service at the reception, luxurious looking lobby Room : Nice interior but very dusty. Got asthma due to it but nvm i brought my inhaler with me.. Comfy pillows and bed no complain.. For the coffee bar section, please make sure it clean 100%.. The mugs and drinking glass too dusty.. The electric kettle also got some leftover water inside it from previous guest.. Please make sure the housekeeping check about the hygiene of the room.. Regarding the aircond, i cant even control the temperature.. Sometimes it turn 22 and sometimes 27, i dont know why Toilet : The door knob of the toilet so hard to open it... I dont know how the management design the door but i found its hard for me to open it because the knob has a little room for my finger and the door frame.. The toilet itself very spacious BUT please check your drain hole inside the shower room... The leftover water caused the shower room flooded and when i open the shower room's door, the water escape and causing half of the toilet wet Breakfast : not so many choices of food and im not impress with the taste of the foods compare to other 4 star hotels.. Even a 3 star hotel can offer more than that Had a bad experience on my first time at this hotel.. Sigh

Our family of 10 (aged 13 to 81) booked 3 units, Tapir, Kantan & Lanai for 2 nights in June. This place is surrounded by forest, perched high enough to enjoy views for miles around, with durian trees scattered throughout. We appreciated the fresh air, the incredible scenery, the flora & fauna, the feeling of spaciousness, the cooler temperatures & the fact that we could pick durians off the ground & eat them on the spot. If you detest insects, must have everything working quickly & efficiently (the place is slightly worn & some parts in need of maintenance but generally clean & comfortable), can’t live without wifi, must sleep in air- conditioned rooms & have to be fruitfully occupied with “activities”, then this is probably not your holiday destination. But if you hanker for space, solitude, long periods with nothing to do except enjoy the chirping of birds while reading a book, floating in a pool surrounded by gigantic trees, or just playing board or card games with friends / family, then please drop by for a stay. The manager & staff were friendly & helpful, food was decent, and beds very comfortable. We’ll definitely come back.

Great place for stacay away from the bz city life, very peaceful area it is surrounded by the lake, trees, gardens, what I love most about Royale Chulan Seremban is pratically it looks like an old school kinda resort, very family feel & its food from its restaurants for breakfast & chinese restaurant is really good and worth the price👍🏻 & its Halal!👍🏻 Definetely a good choice for family stacay👍🏻 Sufficient equipped fitness center and room amenities👍🏻 Their pool is great as well, with slides suitable for childrens👍🏻 While you are here dont forget to check out Roy Gallery Tuanku Ja'afar, Taman Tasik Perdana & Centipede Temple, worth the trip👍🏻

I stayed here two weeks for an event. The room was really great, the staffs very helpful and lovely. The buffet food was delicious. There serve variety of food and desert everyday. The environment is so nice. I give 5 stars to this hotel.

pros extremely friendly staff. allows outside food like grab but grab driver was shell shocked at the location swimming pool is good but 2nd day they 'forgot' towels cons place on a slope where its look dangerous to maneuver car. maybe a small car is idle but big car with family..a no no a motel concept, besides hairdryer n towel no other amenities till I asked for toothbrush . toilet had shower cream but strong smell has fridge n water provided from their dispenser coffee anytime of the day but the creamer is sooooo old... the food price n quality is a far cry; over fried fish , rm48 lamp chop rm78 feels like the life was suck out of it.chewy n dry. Good portion though lastly 1 hour of black out, I can see the stress on the in charge face . He was trying to ensure we had some lights but why no generator? but how about safety when you can't even see your own fingers before any1 judge me for being so harsh, this place is priced at 5 star price. They should look into alot of things to have that standard. room has bathtub in the balcony..but absolutely no privacy even to change clothes. they have curtain from the toilet to Bathtub BUT from the main balcony can see bath tub .must change in the toilet tv don't have any astro thus have to depend on their download and guess what.. most movies, media not supported
