Generally very good! We arrived a little earlier, we called the hotel to ask whether we can check in earlier, they allowed us to do so as they have available cleaned room. There’s a nice restaurant beside the hotel, the receptionist is professional and gentle, also there’re some cookies and drinks at the check in lobby.
The room is great, clean, the bed is comfortable to sleep, the bathroom with all Dove toiletries which I really like. The swimming pool is also nice as the water is clean, kids have a lot of fun there.

房間大，但是缺少傢俱，温馨度不夠，周邊環境很好，在Sequim邊上，到市區也就10分鐘車程，在高速公路邊上，適合親子玩，酒店園區有個黑熊餐廳，吃的品種比較多性價比很高。建議環遊奧林匹克森林公園可以入住這裏，唯一不滿意的是給我們的房間位置留在電梯口（不知道是不是通過第三方訂房的原因），不過攜程旅行價格比官網優惠，所以我沒有從官網上訂房。早晨整理客房服務員的對講機很吵，而且我們窗外是一棟建築的屋頂，因為我們就一天，所以沒有換房。（我們是從紅獅酒店訂房到期換過來的，值得説的是紅獅酒店也非常好，周邊環境很好，服務態度特別好，一樓大堂小朋友吃的零食品類特別多，而且免費供應瓶裝水）。

酒店離Olympic 國家公園較近，是遊Olympic 公園的最佳選擇，酒店新，周邊及內部環境和設施完善，乾淨整潔，房間寬敞明亮舒適，前台及歺廳的工作人員熱情，早餐選擇較多，味道不錯。非常值得一提的是健身房、泳池及SPA，非常受歡迎，推薦！

不算安靜，但這是酒店裡的客人帶來的，房間和浴室都很大，床很舒適，前台小姐姐很有愛，早餐簡單但味道不錯，有服務的酒店和住度假木屋不同，已經很滿意了，是這個區域最好的住處了，有洗衣房和游泳池及健身房，三分鐘車程有個大超市，十分鐘內有沃爾瑪。酒店對面的黑熊餐廳還不錯。

家庭自駕遊最開心的是就是途徑之地能有HolidayInn ✌️洗刷了我在國內對智選系列的成見 真的是北美最棒的快捷酒店了 設施衞生舒適度沒得説 最讚的是早餐 這一路荒郊野嶺自駕遊 對於酒店來説也就落腳休息沒有太多要求 但HI的早餐最撫我心 種類繁多 還能自己打包 👍 希望下次還有機會來 ✌️

Bad stay
The hotel was under major renovation and if I had known that I would have picked another hotel . No ice on any floor had to go to front desk for ice and wasn’t able to get it all the time . Room had two queen beds ac unit was right next to bed so air didn’t circulate. Blinds pulley was on wrong side you had to climb over the bed just to close the blinds because there was not enough room to go between the bed and ac unit . Hotel should have let people know it was under renovation so they had the choice to go elsewhere. I have been to lots of holiday inns around the states and this was by far the worst .

Despite being under construction, our room was spacious and newly renovated and the front desk staff were very friendly and went over and above to make us feel welcomed.
I would have appreciated knowing that the hotel was under renovation before booking, but it wasn't disclosed until afterwards and by then it was too late. But even so, we had a nice time.
