Poor, old, outdated. Old outdated bathroom, not soundproof, can hear all the noise from hallway. It has a microwave and fridge, a positive point. The heating is in the window, kind of noisy. The réceptionniste was nice ( a teenager though). Didn't used the restauration area, it looks improvised on the main hallway.

terrible smell in the room (smell of good smell which serves to camouflage???). No boot tray and carpet floor; so we come in with wet feet and it melts into the carpet. They hadn't received the lunch order so we had 3 choices: toast, pancakes, waffles. the next day we were treated to fruit, cheese and yogurt.

Très dispendieux pour la qualité, 275$. Odeurs incommodantes en entrant dans la chambre. Tapis montrant beaucoup de taches. Lit avec un matelas vieillot qui a un creux au centre…pas très confortable pour 2 personnes. Pas très insonorisé.

A mon arrivée,la cliente précédente avait un souci avec la réservation et la préposée disait ne pouvoir l accommoder, ça durait un peu et finalement une autre employée est arrivée et a tout réglé en quelques instants.Le robinet de la douche n était pas étanche et degouttait et en prenant la douche,la moitié de l eau passait par le bec plutôt que par la douche.Le drain était tellement lent que l on pateaugeait en prenant la douche....La porte d acces la plus proche pour aller au stationnement avait un problème, on pouvait sortir mais ne pas entrer, la clé ne déverrouillage pas.La salle pour le petit déjeuner est minuscule et il y avait moins de place de dans un autre Comfort inn de la région.

Le déjeuner était très bon c'est ce que j'ai le plus aimé. La chambre correct mais manque de propreté. Le service d'accueil pas très accueillant malheureusement. Le gym est très petit et n'a que le minimum. L'hôtel est bien situé près de tout services.
