The stay was great, but checkin took us bout 1hr queuing.. toilet bowl was hard to flush and shower temperature not stable

check in process was lousy. i need to wait for 2 hours and was not being informed if the room was ready until i have to call them myself.
otherwise, it was a nice resort with good ambience. food was exceptional

The resort was at a strategic place. Nice amenities available (pools, tennis court, fitness Centre etc).
Room was clean and tidy. Overall a pleasant stay.

Family escape 3D2N. Place very peaceful and not crowded. Not many guest check in here mostly corporate doing team building and training. Will come again for next trip.

This hotel offers a peaceful and beautiful escape. The lobby smells lovely with flowers and herbs, and check-in was smooth. My spacious room featured a comfortable bed, a bathtub, and stylish interior design. The scenery was stunning, reminiscent of Bali, and the pool was beautiful. I appreciated the buggy service to get to breakfast, which was tasty, though there were fewer choices, likely due to it being a weekday.
Overall, it was a relaxing stay, and I’d definitely return.
