The hotel is right off Samsung subway station exit #7. It is right across from Starfield Coex Mall. The room was bit small, but super clean. They also have very friendly staffs. We will definitely go back to the hotel for the next visit!

My parents and relatives like this hotel very much. Comfortable and near mtr station. Very good location. 3 mins to mtr and next to restaurant street and bar. But very good and silent environment, not chaos. Reasonable price. Good dor business trip family trip or couple trip.

Very nice hotel! Super comfortable room, the bed is very very comfortable, the room is very silent and quiet, perfect air conditioning, comfortable bathroom and spacious shower. The room is small and simple, minimal, but comfortable and perfect for a business stay. Helpful staff. The breakfast is nice, I’m not sure if I’d pay extra for it again next time, but if you did book the breakfast for sure you’ll enjoy.

Overall I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with a few inconveniences to comment: Hotel: - There is no laundro mat within the hotel building so you’ll have to either pay for room service laundry or walk 500m to a 24h laundro mat near Mapo stn - The hotel didn’t have disposable cutlery so make sure to ask for them before hand if you’re taking away food Room: - The shower head doesn’t sit snugly in the bracket so when running the water on the highest pressure it’ll rotate and aim elsewhere - The water seal on the shower door doesn’t prevent water from leaking out onto the bathroom floor, tho the floor mat should be sufficient to soak up the excess Location: - While it’s located near the train station, the platform to go to Hongdae or the airport is quite a walk from exit 1 so I prefer taking the bus If you don’t mind these issues, I’d recommend this hotel as the neighbourhood is quiet and the city view is quite amazing.

It was a nice place to stay. I was staying there after surgery. The location, the staff, but it was hard to get extra pillows, and I couldn't switch the heat to ac. Also, I woke up with a few bug bites. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. I wish there was a sauna or hot tub... or both.

Location isn’t the best for tourists. It’s right smack in the financial district and feels like a dead town during the weekend. The cobbled street from jonggak station exit to the hotel isn’t the best experience when you have luggages to lug. Perfect for business travellers. Sound proofing isn’t the best and pillows were extremely flat….
