I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Park Habio , and I must say, my experience exceeded expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism, making check-in a seamless process.
The room was impeccably clean and well-appointed, featuring modern amenities that enhanced my stay. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and the quiet atmosphere, which allowed for a restful night’s sleep.
It is location at a place with lots of food and drinks and entertainment. Not recommended for families with small children and elderly. It says short walk to the subway station, but short walk only reaches Exit 11, and a long long walk to the train at Exit 01 - total walking is almost 1 km, maybe 25-30 mins. I asked for early check-in, and the reply is ”subject to availability”, but I was surprised to learn that there is the charge of 10,000 won per hour. I only wished this information is made clear when booking the hotel. Overall, this is a good location for solo travelers looking for friends and young people.
This was a very nice hotel. The staff were helpful and the room service was good. It was closely situated to the Lotte world entertainment park. This was good for our young son. There's also lots of small restaurants and convenience, stores around the hotel, so finding food is easy.
It is located right next to Exit 4 of Seokchon Kofun Station on the subway. The location is very convenient, and there are 24-hour shops around the hotel, including Lotteria and a cafe, so I didn't have to worry about food when traveling alone. The room was very clean, had all the amenities, and even had two free bottles of water. The bathroom and toilet were spacious and even had a bathtub. I was glad that I could watch Netflix on the TV in the room. Lotte World Tower, which I visited this time, was also conveniently located just a 20-minute walk away.
The room is spacious and there is plenty of room even if you leave your suitcase open! The shower room is just a shower without a bathtub. It's too spacious and cold lol It's spacious so you don't have to worry about water getting into the toilet. The water pressure, which Japanese people worry about, is not bad either. I always wonder why Korean shower rooms are so spacious...🤔
There was only one receptionist who spoke good Japanese, but the others could speak basic English and Japanese! I was able to talk casually with the person who spoke good Japanese about J-HOPE's concert and sightseeing😊Thank you very much!
Seoul Asan Hospital and Lotte World are close, so I checked in here after playing at Lotte World and rested.
The room condition is also very good, and although it is on a low floor,
it has amenities and a styler, and
it is much better than a 4-star hotel.
Asan Hospital is really close, so I definitely recommend it to those who are going to the hospital.
The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
The room is old, but clean. I stayed for 3 nights, and the bed sheets were freshly made every day. Water and towels are replenished every day. The canned juice and tea in the fridge are free.
I didn't use the shampoo provided, but it was nicely packaged. I was surprised that the hair dryer was on a timer. Even though I have super long hair, it had enough airflow and dried quickly.
The location is very good, and there is a Lotte Mart about a 5-minute walk away (just cross the big road in front of it), which is open until 11pm, so you can enjoy shopping. If you pay by card, you can quickly do it at the self-checkout.
The station is a 1-minute walk away, and the elevator is close by. There is a convenience store right in front of the hotel. There are many restaurants around, and some that you can go to alone.
I stayed here to go to a concert in the Olympic Park. It costs about 800 yen to take an Uber to the park. It was hard to get a ride back, so I used a speed call, but it was still exactly 1000 yen. There were people waiting for a free car, but most of them are reserved, so it may be difficult to get one right after the show has ended.
I really liked this hotel. I will use it again when I have another concert.
There were three of us traveling. Two women and a teenager. The downside of the hotel is that there really is no door between the room and the bathroom. There is a thin glass partition between the shower and toilet. Very inconvenient. Overall, it is located close to the metro, there are many restaurants, but it takes about 30 minutes to get to the center and attractions by metro, and the hotel is clearly not the first freshness.
Not easy to find the hotel because it is cramp in-between office tower and back street. The hotel has no card access system ..anyone can walk straight to the room. Which is a priority for security . But overall I prefer the jamsil hotel near to Lotte World Mall.
The surrounding area is very lively, especially on Friday night~

GGuest User5 mins walk to the nearest station, 15- 20 mins to jamsil stadium. Lots of restaurants and convenience store nearby.
Staffs were friendly and polite. As our flight was at night, they allowed us to use their lobby facilities even after check out.
The layout is not your typical tourist hotel. I believed its a revamped korean style motel. But place is clean and it was an great stay. Only downside was it was very dark in the room at night even with all the lights switched on.
GGuest UserI enjoyed the location as it was located right within a bustling street with a wide number of restaurants. It was also within walking distance to Lotte World Mall, which provided convenient access to groceries, food, shopping, and also the metro system.
However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. When I arrived, there were visible marks, stains, and dents around the room (on the walls etc). This was a striking difference from the exterior of the hotel and the lobby, which looked impressive and well-maintained. Unfortunately, the room looks like it was not maintained in a long time.

CCaptureXDon’t book this hotel on Ctrip, it’s 50% more expensive than booking directly offline!
The room I bought on Ctrip was a dark and small single room, more like a Motel. I spent about the same amount of money offline to book a family room. It was very large and spacious, and I felt very comfortable.
The disadvantage is that the pillows are too high and my colleagues think the mattress is too soft.
