So recently I have stayed there for 6 nights. Rooms are small. After staying for 2 night we finally received a room cleaning, but they just makeup the bed and gave us a fresh towels and thats it. They forgot to put toilet paper and napkins. Very dusty room need a wet cleaning. Apparently they got a Nespresso coffee machine in the lobby and you have to buy one capsule for 6000W and they don’t offer you cream or milk. Better buy a coffee from coffee shop instead for 5500W. Location is good, there is a 7-Eleven store nearby and Paris Baguette across the street. Even tho the hotel is rated for 4 stars it definitely felt overrated.

Friendly staffs, and very thoughtful! I didn’t request clean my room one day, when I back the hotel, there is a bag of refill water bottles and new towels etc hanging on my door. Thank you very much:)
Hotel locate at nice area in Gangnam. I found few very nice cafes / restaurants / Coex mall which are not far away. 2- 3 blocks from google map you can easy reach there by foot.
Taxi to other side of river about 20 nzd. Not expensive.
더 포트 cafe/ bakery is 2 min walk ( around corner from hotel car park); mammamia cafe 20 min walk while you can pass Kpop road. Standard cafe is very cool- 15 min walk.. cross road blow fish looks Korean restaurant is open 24 hours.. pork soup is nice.. seems local eat place.

This hotel was located in a business type area, the lobby was on the second floor and the rooms were directly onto a busy street view. I recommend this hotel for people who are mostly travelling for business.
The hotel was appropriate for a short stay. The included breakfast with the buffet breakfast was a nice inclusion and the dining area was very nice with a good selection of food.

Room is expected to be small. Location is great with lots of shops and cafes and restaurants just across the street. The highest problem I had was the thin wall and door, no soundproof at all!! I hear the cleaning lady setting up her cart and vacuum every morning.

The facilities are great, and the overall atmosphere exudes luxury. One slight drawback I noticed is that although the fitness room has dumbbells of various weights, there is no bench to lean on, limiting the range of exercises you can do. Compared to other hotels I’ve experienced, what stood out was the exceptionally friendly staff, from the cleaning ladies to the overall hotel staff. I was able to have pleasant greetings with them, which led to enjoyable small talk and laughter.
Although the room size is small for the price, considering the location in Cheongdam-dong, it is somewhat understandable.

The room itself was alright, but the space is very small. My friend and I had two checked in bags each. I could only open one clicked in luggage at a time because if we opened all of them up, there wouldn’t be any space to walk, much less store our luggage’s. The room we picked had two twin beds, but no outlets near any of of them. There were only 4 charge ports, two Korean outlets(type c), two American outlets (type b) at the desk area. If they got rid of the counter before the windows, there would be a lot more space so I don’t know why those counters were there.

Booked the hotel for a work trip, room is sufficiently large for 1 pax, plenty of space for luggage space. Location is very prime, walking distance to Sinsa station. However one downside is they are very strict on check in timing which is at 3pm. Even though they had rooms available earlier, they wouldn't allow you to check in early without paying early check in fee that charges per hour. Arrived at 1230pm, was told that check in only available at 3pm, but if i wanted to check in now, i needed to pay a per hour fee (from 1230 - 3pm) and check in now. I just left my luggage at storage, changed my clothes freshened up and left hotel for the day.

First of all, the room they assigned to me as a “city view” was nothing more than a tiny, prison-like window just a few inches long looking out some old building. These rooms are not even shown on their website, and I felt deceived by their advertising.
While the room was clean, it was extremely stuffy. To make matters worse, the hotel stops operating the air conditioning from November onward, regardless of the outside temperature. This means that even if the weather is unseasonably warm, guests are left to suffer in discomfort.
I would not stay at this hotel again, nor would I recommend it to anyone I care about.
Great location to explore the city. Customer service was amazing and the clerks were helpful with securing taxi services. Room was clean minus the shower. Few strands of hair and something smeared on portions of shower wall. Other than that great place to stay would stay again.

GGuest UserThe hotel is right off Samsung subway station exit #7. It is right across from Starfield
Coex Mall. The room was bit small, but super clean. They also have very friendly staffs. We will definitely go back to the hotel for the next visit!
YYUKIFirst time using this hotel for a group of four
New and clean
2-3 minute walk from Gangnam Station, diagonally opposite 7-Eleven
The entrance is on the left, go down to the basement for reception
You can make inquiries in real time if you register with LINE
The shops on the first floor were closed, so at first glance it didn't look like a hotel
The bed was bigger than I expected, so it was no problem for two people to sleep
The living space was also nice, although we didn't use the kitchen
All the glasses and other items were available
There was mineral water in the fridge, one free bottle per person per day
Amenities such as slippers and toothbrushes were available, but
There were no bathrobes, so you had to bring your own
I'm glad there were two toilets and shower rooms
Tissues were only on the living table, and trash cans were only in the toilet and living room, so it would have been nice if there were some in the bedroom
The heated floor worked in the bathroom as well, so it was comfortable
The room was bright and sunny in the morning, so it was very satisfying!
EEmilyBNice hotel in a convenient location in Gangnam. 30 minutes walk away from Coex mall and about 20 minutes drive to Myeongdong. There are multiple restaurants and convenient stores near the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. On our first night they shared some restaurant and things to do near the hotel and around Seoul on WhatsApp which was very helpful. The room was decent but the shower head needed some maintenance. I’d stay here again
