The location is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from Exit 14 of Dongdaemun History & Culture Park subway station (though my navigation suggested 10 minutes via main roads, there's a convenient shortcut). The lobby on the 14th floor is very spacious. The room was impressively large, bigger than other properties of the same brand I've stayed at, including one nearby and another in Jeju Island (this is my third time staying with this chain). The bed was nothing special, about 1 meter wide, but perfectly adequate for a solo traveler. If I return to the area, this would absolutely be my top choice! The attached photo is of Hongdae – I completely forgot to take pictures of the hotel itself!
I stayed here during my trip to Seoul. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, but I found the subway station a bit farther than expected, which made it difficult to walk with a suitcase. I usually had to take a bus to the station first or use Uber instead.
In terms of cleanliness, the room was generally good, though I noticed some stains on the walls, and when I put something under the bed, it picked up a sticky residue. It would have been more convenient if toothbrushes were included in the amenities.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay, and I would be happy to come back again on another visit. ☺︎
Booked through kspo. The location is very convenient, with the subway station just a few minutes' walk away. The room isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate for one or two people. There are plenty of 24-hour convenience stores nearby. The front desk staff were very helpful and some even spoke Chinese. You can catch a direct airport shuttle bus right outside the hotel. I've stayed at two different Jiukeshu properties, and both times I've been very satisfied.

Location 100%, the main draw of stay- the limousine bus to/from ICN airport.
Thoughtfulness 100%, heat pack were provided and its of good quality!
Cleanliness 90%, overall was up to standard, slippers provided was of great amenities, smells around toilet bowl could do better and a piece of used contact lens found on side table.
Room 90%, spacious, clean and neat. Could have another towel holder instead of 1. Humidifier and ionizer was provided, very thoughtful.
Enjoyed my stay here, great to have laundry machine below, there is a cash exchange machine(few currency and only takes specific notes bit still good it have) there is a convenience store and storage locker rental in the building so that was great, also the cafe was amazing, only issue I had was one of the receptionist guy was rude, the rest were nice! Also there are limited food options here after 12 midnight. The bathroom handle was broken so I was scared it would fall.
The hotel is conveniently located very close to Metro Line 5. However, reaching Line 2 or Line 4 involves a significant walk, as you have to navigate past the Line 5 station area, which takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes. On the plus side, there's a convenient airport shuttle bus stop nearby, making travel to the airport very easy. My experience wasn't entirely positive, though. I was assigned a room at the very end of the corridor, and the Wi-Fi was extremely poor. Specifically, from the bed closer to the exterior wall, I could barely connect at all.
I booked this hotel after seeing good reviews, as I only needed a place to stay overnight. It’s just a short walk (around 5–7 minutes) from Seoul Station. However, if you’re carrying a lot of luggage, I recommend taking the airport bus instead of AREX. Exit 3 only has stairs—and not just a few steps! 😅 I noticed another exit with an escalator that’s a bit farther but still walkable (unfortunately, I forgot the number).
The airport bus stop going to the airport is just about a 1-minute walk from the hotel. The stop going to the hotel is on the opposite side and takes about 3–4 minutes to reach on foot.
The room is small but has all the basics:
• 1 set of toiletries provided upon check-in
• Large TV and bed
• 3 complimentary water bottles in the fridge
• Coffee, tea, disposable cups, water heater
• Hair dryer and towels
• Refillable shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathroom
The shower and toilet share the same space, and while compact, the room is just right for one person. They also offer free luggage storage after check-out, and I believe before check-in as well.
Great hotel with good staff and location (very near of some metro stations and bus stops to the center and other famous neighborhoods of Seoul). However, the only cons I have is that my room it was a bathtub and not a shower, the water while bathing will go everywhere… also the lights switch was not near the bed so everytime it was time to go to sleep i had to get up and turn the lights off…
For the rest, kind of a very good hotel with good price in comparison with others. Quite satisfied.
Best point is just for the airport bus stopping right in front of the hotel. The room is clean however, the shower room does not have any racks or hooks in the shower cubicle that could place my cosmetics. And there’s no barrier for the shower water at the shower cubicle, so the floor in the toilet was literally soaked up.
I booked this place for a very last-minute, spontaneous trip. While it might be a bit of a challenge with only stairs, the room itself was clean and comfortable! Amenities like towels, body soap, and shampoo were also provided, and the shower pressure was good too. If two people are staying and have a lot of luggage, it might feel a bit cramped. Some floors even had instant ramen machines, as well as washing machines and dryers, which was a huge plus! The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly kind and spoke Japanese, and even the cleaning lady greeted me with a lovely smile. I would definitely love to stay here again!

Outstanding
SSugarsI was traveling alone this time. This hotel is a renovated old house, but it looked like a newly built hotel. The exterior has some traditional Korean touches. The host was very nice and even helped me carry my luggage upstairs. 💗
They seemed family-run. When I got to my room, they had already turned on the air conditioner for me. Very thoughtful. 💗
The room was clean and odorless. The bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of space for two people's luggage. 💗
When I left, they even helped me carry my luggage to the bus stop to wait for the airport shuttle.
Super convenient location, just 2 minutes away. 🤟
GGuest UserWe stayed in a group of four, just enough,
The room facilities are very satisfactory, two bathrooms, two large beds and two small beds. There are kitchenware, refrigerators, washing machines, and vinyl record machines. The top floor city view is very good, you can see the night view of Seoul.
The fly in the ointment is that the hotel is on the mountain, the traffic may not be convenient, it is not easy to call a car, but the landlord can help to call a taxi.
By the way, the landlord can speak Chinese.
タタケノコノコThe location is very good. The room was very warm with floor heating, and the room never got cold even during my trip in November. The amenities were not small, but shared lotion, milky lotion, comb, etc., but I didn't use them.
I stayed here because I was only going to sleep, so I was looking for a cheap place, but I won't be coming back.
GGuest UserWe did came a bit earlier, so we had to paid for a room for one day , next day we supposed to move to our room , but they say we can stay in that which we get , room was big , clean , with 2 beds , all amenities, we get 2 bottles of water every day , cleaning was everyday .. just one thing I didn't like and I didn't understand, there was a window , but cannot be open ..all the rest was perfect location was good too .
GGuest UserThe young lady at the front desk of the hotel is super good, and the booking on Ctrip is also very fast. We searched for several hotels, but they were all booked and refunded, and the online and offline were inconsistent. This one was booked online, and an email was sent immediately, very much. There is a convenience store around, and you can store your luggage in advance. It's very good. There is a big cockroach in the room, and the trembling slippers are killed. I still hope that the cleaning can be done. thanks
余余嘉寶The cleanliness is actually not very good, I feel that there is nothing to clean, there is no one at the counter, I need to contact myself to overcome the check-in, but the price is good, after all, this price can be equipped with bathroom equipment is actually cost-effective, and it is quite close to the subway station. If the room cleaning could be done better.
