The bathroom is very scary, with a super red sink and old mirror in the shower area. The hairdryer is also very weak. Also, there is no elevator to the hotel entrance and outside the hotel is a market which can be very noisy in the morning.

The room is clean and tidy, but the bathroom is small, especially taking a shower is not very convenient. But the location is very good, right next to the New World Duty Free Shop. It is good to have such a hotel. The hotel is located next to the commercial street with a small door. Go up the stairs and take the elevator. The lobby is on the 10th floor. We stayed on the 7th floor and there were no windows. Just turn on the air conditioner, and someone cleans every day.

As already written, the hotel is worse than in the photo. More like a hostel. But it is quite clean, the room was cleaned almost every day, they brought bottles of water, toothbrushes and paste, soap, shampoo and shower gel. The toilet with shower is inconvenient, there is little space in the room. But the location is excellent. For a budget trip it is normal.

This hotel is nothing like the pictures, smells mold and grease food. The room had the wallpaper stained of umidity under the air conditioning. It was also ripped and stained in other parts of the room. Bathroom had the shower over the sink, impossible to take a shower without wetting the whole bathroom. The hall has old furniture and mold in the carpet. Smells food and the carpet has stains which I believe to be humidity. I tried to change rooms but they informed me there was no other room. My recommendation is: look for another place to stay. It is very disappointeing to arrive in a hotel which is nothing like the site said it was.

We booked and paid for a 6 nights stay. Upon arrival during the evening we discovered mould in the room, which is a health hazard. We immediately contacted the hotel manager by mail who after a while wrote to us that we would be charged for one night (thus we only stayed shortly in the room making phone calls) and that the rest of our reservation (5 nights) would be cancelled. Despite this documentation in writing, the hotel manager refuses to make the refund of our payment.

Worst experience of Seoul. Don't get conned by these scammers as we did. We booked 3 nights at Cozy hotel Myeongdong during our April trip. We choose the hotel based on the photos on *********** and the location. Don't be fooled, these photos are not at all like the real thing. It might have been like that when the hotel opened but since then it looks like it went through a zombie apocalypse. The whole building is old, broken and dirty. The room was completely different from the pictures and it smelled horrible as they sealed the windows from outside making it impossible to get some fresh air. There were also some flies in the shower. We paid $120/night and needless to say that it wasn't worth it. We immediately booked a different hotel and asked for a refund as this was false advertising. Impossible to get any money back as *********** pretends that they can't do anything if it's an external partner. The owner kept telling me to cancel otherwise they would have to charge but there wasn't any way to cancel. We had nice and new hotels for similar prices in the same location so I'd recommend to save the troubles and look elsewhere.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at during my trip to Korea. First of all, there was no one at the front desk, so each card key was left on the desk. There was no handling of personal information. The room was completely different from the photos shown. It was dirty, the air was bad, and it was not hygienic. The bathroom was not clean, and there was hair on the bed and floor. I wonder if they really clean it. This is the first time I've ever experienced something like this. I had booked a hotel, but it was not a place I could stay at, so I had no choice but to cancel. The person in charge's response at that time was also unacceptable. They also said that it was the company's policy to ignore customer requests. They were very bullish and condescending. It ruined the start of my trip. I don't want anyone to have the same experience. I don't want to give it even one star.
