Location wise the hotel is good just few mins away from the train station and there are lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel is central heating during the winter; so guests cannot adjust the room temp. If you stay in the no window rooms, can request for a portable fan. Avoid room 304 (the smallest kind). Front desk staffs were helpful and they speak decent English.

The hotel service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fresh and tasty options.

The location is excellent, situated close to the train station and surrounded by various restaurants, making it convenient for travelers. The staff are friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The bathroom facilities are well-maintained and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. This was my first trip to Korea, and, needless to say, my first stay at The Golden Seoul hotel. I was very impressed with all the hotel staff: from the cleaning staff, the front desk, to the restaurant.
I speak no Hangul, but I do speak English and Japanese. Some of front-desk staff also spoke both English and Japanese; thus, there were no difficulties at all with communication. When I needed a taxi, they were more than cordial and called the taxi for me.
