I can’t say I’m pleased but the hotel is decent. Good location as it is directly from gimpo airport. The room is big and spacious but the strange issue we had was the air conditioning which does not stay on which could be disruptive. Even though the front desk did help to resolve it, we had instances where the air conditions resets every 30 mins or so. Other than that, it is a good hotel.

The location is good because the hotel is very close to the subway station. However, a major problem is the air conditioning. The system is centralized, so they can’t turn on the A/C if other guests have complained about feeling cold. My room was very hot and stuffy, making it difficult to breathe, so I had to open the window to get some air. No refunds or cancellations are allowed, even if they can’t turn on the A/C. The furniture is also quite old.
Think twice before book this hotel. By the way, staff is very nice and helpful.

The room was big enough for two people, the hotel has many facilities and it looks exactly as the pictures. Downside is that the room was just a bit dusty it is as if there wasn’t anyone using the room for a week and there are not many convenient stores or shops nearby.
