Very pretty hotel with nice staff but faucet handle was leaking, jacuzzi did not work, A/C did not work, bed was extremely firm.

Beautiful décor and excellent location! This hotel is surrounded by countless entertainment venues, restaurants and Seoul Metro Sports Complex ,and Jamsil Saenae Station.

The staff was so nice and the room was great! I enjoyed the bath. There is a 7-Eleven and Starbucks nearby. Only a 25-minute walk to Lotte Tower (or walk maybe 5 mins to subway station).

Great location.
The worst part is the check out time at 11am.
No late check out is allowed.
Very old hotel, should be renovated asap.
The hotel staffs are quite nice & speak well English.
Do not expect more coz the coffee shop is closed down.
No free lounge access & no free drinks.
Just 2 bottles water inside the room.

There were three of us traveling. Two women and a teenager. The downside of the hotel is that there really is no door between the room and the bathroom. There is a thin glass partition between the shower and toilet. Very inconvenient. Overall, it is located close to the metro, there are many restaurants, but it takes about 30 minutes to get to the center and attractions by metro, and the hotel is clearly not the first freshness.

I had a good rest. The staff were friendly and it was nice that there was a bathtub. However, it was a pity that there was no bathroom door. I will visit again next time.

The worst hotel I stayed in Korea
First, the hygiene is not good and the cleaning is not clean
Second, the front desk service is not good, it is equivalent to having no front desk
Third, the facilities are not good, even toothbrushes and disposable utensils are not provided
Fourth, this is just a hotel, not a big hotel at all
