I stayed here after looking for a hotel with breakfast included within my budget.
The breakfast quality seems to be okay, but compared to a 2-star hotel (Toyoko Inn). It seems to be similar to the buffet of a 3-star business hotel in Japan.
But... The room was really dirty. There was all kinds of hair in the room.... And the attic room I stayed in is uncomfortable for those who are 180cm tall.
I wish this hotel more attention to cleaning.

Very dirty, no any hooks, bar or rack to hang towels. The room facilities are not up to general hotel room standard. Toilet was blocked and remote control was not working. Very old and dirty desktop computer put on the very small banch!.

The hotel was in a really good location! Very easy to walk to tourist sites nearby. There were also many restaurants located on the same street with great food! The included hotel breakfast was good as well. Most importantly, the hotel has an adorable cat in the lobby!!!

This was my second stay in this hotel, and several relatives joined me on this trip. It was very convenient, with great restaurant and bar options close by, and the Myeongdong and Namdaemun markets, and was also quite convenient to Seoul Railway Station (I came in from Incheon airport). Hotel has a good breakfast buffet, friendly front desk staff (including the pampered cat!), and was very helpful calling taxis for us. Excellent value for a visit to an exciting city!

Excellent location next to Courtyard Marriott, many eateries, 5 mins walk to Cityhall Station and airport bus station.
Room is well equipped and clean. Many korean dishes for breakfast, including tofu stew, abalone rice porridge and banchan.
Lady boss is so friendly, gives good advice for eats and travelling around seoul. Speaks very good English too.
All said, well worth the rates and will stay again.

Good location come with free breakfast , the counter lady staff is so nice that even offer us free breakfast even before our day usage early check in , the toilet is a bit small the bath area has no door …u can feel cold if u turn on the aircon and the whole Wash area is easily Wet
