I recently stayed at Shinshin Hotel in Seoul and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The hotel is in a quiet area, which made for a peaceful stay, yet it's very conveniently located—less than a 10-minute walk to Myeongdong shopping street, where you'll find plenty of shops and restaurants. There are also many food options around the hotel itself. Additionally, it's close to a bus station with direct access to Incheon Airport, which made traveling a breeze. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and would definitely stay here again!

Location near namdaemun underground market. Bit far to myeongdong but still okay. Room very clean. Facility in the room also good. I love the soap n shampoo. Toilet got bidet.

Considering the price range, this hotel had a good location, reception, and facilities. The room was small but functional with separate toilet and shower.
I was surprised to find that you can turn on the ondol heating on the floor. It's not turned on by default, so try turning it on using the heating control panel. It will keep you nice and warm.
At first, I thought there was no safety deposit box, but it was actually located close to the ceiling (see photo).
It's probably out of reach for short people, so I recommend using a chair or something.

It was helpful that there was a water server for drinks.
It would have been even better if there was a drip coffee machine.
It's a good idea to bring some amenities with you.
