Nice lobby and a good location. The room was very small, but adequate and clean. There is no front desk person on duty and the lobby door is closed after 10pm, so you need to use a code. Lovely neighborhood. I would stay at the hotel again.

It was nice to see a budget friendly hotel with a quality service. When you enter, you are greeted with a kiosk so face to face interaction was unnecessary. It was really easy to navigate so had no problem. Lobby was clean and spacious but the room was a bit small. This really didn’t bother me because I was looking for a place I can just hop in and sleep. Considering the cost it was nice. Also the staff were really friendly. I could leave my bag before check-in and after check-out and they were really nice about it. I hope to visit here again.

The overall service was very good. The location is very convenient, close to a popular tourist site. Both the room and lobby were clean. I arrived there alone late at night, but the kiosk and the manual I received in advance was very straightforward so I didn't have a hard time entering the lobby and finding my room.

Location is great near train station and bus. They will not gonna clean your room unless you say so. Room is small as expected

Very neat, cost-effective. The room wasn't that soacious, but i don't need a luxury room when the trip is to do work.

Great location: 5 minutes walk from metro station, 20 minutes walk from Mondong street. A lot of places to eat nearby. Very nice people on the reception desk with good english skills.

Jongno, Insadong are within walking distance, the subway station is close, and Ikseon-dong is right in front, so the location was really great 👍 And for those who have children who need to eat breakfast, it seems like a great value for money place because it provides breakfast! The interior is a bit small, but it's just like the image! A room with a bed, bathroom I put my luggage down, walked around lightly, slept, had breakfast... It was a great value place I couldn't take pictures because of my busy schedule, but it's exactly like the image.

It was a friendly and comfortable stay. I thought it would be unmanned, but there was someone at the counter, and when I arrived before check-in, they took care of my luggage. Check-out was easy because I paid in advance. It's in a great location, close to the subway station, airport bus, Ikseondong area, and convenience stores, and you can even get a morning coffee at Onion. The only things that bothered me were that the power outlet in the bathroom was broken and I couldn't use it, and that the bathroom smelled like ginkgo. I was staying with a friend, so if the power outlet in the bathroom wasn't working, I had to use the hair dryer in the bedroom, which was inconvenient because it was difficult to use while my friend was sleeping. However, since it was a short stay, I didn't tell the hotel staff. They were kind, so they might have dealt with it if I had told them. The smell was quite bothersome, but there was a nearby Insadong Hanjumak, so I took a bath there one day.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, the staff are very friendly, and the service is very attentive. The room is relatively small, similar in size to a Japanese business hotel, and the space for activities is relatively small. However, because we did not stay in the hotel for a long time, the small size of the room is acceptable. The location and Convenience is more important to us.
