Hotel is located a little far from stations such as Seongsu, but is otherwise conveniently located near airport limousine bus stop and train station. It is near to a street with restaurants opening till late at night, making it convenient to grab supper. There is also a Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts outlet at level one of the hotel.

Out of the city center but very good if you have appointments in Guro.
I have been using it for years, always with satisfaction.

Room is big enough. But no bidet, faucet is not easy to use always stuck. Nothing inside mini bar.
Good thing is Airport shuttle bus just in front of the hotel.

I requested for a late check out was rejected even though I was their member as they said I booked on trip.com . While they were saying that I will be charged for extending the time, I have already agreed but they kept calling about 6 times during the 1 hour period. I was charged 22000 krw and got disturbed for my business meeting. Very disappointed

Food in the restaurant of the hotel was good, in varieties, deliciousness and also service. The hotel is well-located near subway and airport shuttle bus stop by the door. I've had a good stay there.
