The room is huge. We stay for 8 nights this time. We can wash our clothes in the room. Cleanup of our room everyday. There is Olivia Young shop opposite to the hotel and Lotte supermarket is close by. Less than 10 mins walk to the MTR. I stay in this hotel a few times already. No disappointment 😊

The hotel room is big but a bit old. No cooking wares for the kitchen. Need extra fee for the swimming pool

I have stay for 3 nights in this hotel. The room is big and good for family trip. but when I want to have one more pillow and quilt, it should pay extra money for that. The quilt is dirty and they did not change it. every extra thing should be pay. I have told the reception and request for late check out. they agree for the late check out at 11:20 am. but still ring the room phone when 11:05 and urge me to check out by saying that should be check out at 11:00. that make me feel quite uncomfortable. since they agree to late check out at 11:20.

Breakfast buffet was 36,000krw with a 10% discount for hotel guests. food trays were vastly empty, rice was dry and crunchy. coffee subpar. stayed here twice before in the past, quality has greatly depreciated. only positive was the friendly housekeeping lady. Will likely never be back since there are much better hotels at this price point.

The location is great, close to the station and Lotte. Wi-Fi was poor in some rooms. The electricity in the bathroom was about to go out. It would be nice to have a power outlet by the bed in the bedroom.

I suggest you book this hotel if you can, and book the one with a living room, which is convenient for storing things. I just don't know which room type can see the opposite side of the river. I will book this hotel again if I can book it in Seoul next time. Transportation is convenient, you can take the bus, subway, or taxi. It is 25 minutes from Gangnam by bus, and 15 minutes by taxi if there is no traffic jam. There are emart, Lotte, and hospitals nearby. The only thing: the drainage of the bathroom is not good.
