The room was nice and had an excellent view. Enjoyed the winter vibe at the hotel. I would like to visit here again soon. Also the hotel managers were really kind.

The room is huge. We stay for 8 nights this time. We can wash our clothes in the room. Cleanup of our room everyday. There is Olivia Young shop opposite to the hotel and Lotte supermarket is close by. Less than 10 mins walk to the MTR. I stay in this hotel a few times already. No disappointment 😊

I have stay for 3 nights in this hotel. The room is big and good for family trip. but when I want to have one more pillow and quilt, it should pay extra money for that. The quilt is dirty and they did not change it. every extra thing should be pay. I have told the reception and request for late check out. they agree for the late check out at 11:20 am. but still ring the room phone when 11:05 and urge me to check out by saying that should be check out at 11:00. that make me feel quite uncomfortable. since they agree to late check out at 11:20.

his review is for the junior delux suite. Dated furniture, stains on floor. tiny television. view from the window was completely obstructed by the adjacent building. Everything comes with a fee. Toothbrush and other toiletries 1000krw. Extra blanket 10,000krw. Late checkout 22,000krw per hour. Breakfast buffet was 36,000krw with a 10% discount for hotel guests. food trays were vastly empty, rice was dry and crunchy. coffee subpar. stayed here twice before in the past, quality has greatly depreciated. only positive was the friendly housekeeping lady. Will likely never be back since there are much better hotels at this price point.

It was a size rarely seen in this price range. When I walked in, I understood why. The room felt worn out overall, and the bedroom door wouldn't close, and the refrigerator door was hard to open (you had to be creative to open it), so it was worth the price. However, there are many cafes on the first floor, and Olive Young is just a short walk away. It's close to the station, and the airport bus is right in front of the hotel. It's good for people who have business in Conde, but it's far from the airport and inconvenient. You can walk to Seongsu, but it takes about 30 minutes, so it might be tough in the summer or midwinter.
