Staff are super nice. Location is ok. A bit walk to attractions for elderly. Room is average. Bed is ok. Pillows are too solf.

Very convenient from Incheon airport using limo bus 6001 and walk about 5mins to the hotel. Hotel walking distance to markets

The service is just superb. The best one we had in Korea. I love the fact that they can check in you earlier complimentary. The room was very clean, cozy, the bed comfortable. Room temperature was great (in other hotels in Seoul during spring felt cold for us). And great money/value as well.
So for the hotel is 10/10.
This is near DDP and 5 min from subway station. But not many restaurants nearby, still central, and good for tourists for sure, safe etc.

Wifi is very bad, always disconnect.
Airport shuttle bus stop is really close to hotel.

hotel is good, nearby buses to myeongdong and subway stations. the room isnt as sound proofed. can hear noises frm upstairs as well as outside. overall it is great
