Breakfast buffet was excellent but is expensive; it had a good variety (eggs benedict, couple kinds of bulgogi, delicious mushroom soup and 30 other things) of high-quality options. The room set up was very nice; it was divided into 2 sections; 1 for TV and kitchen/bar area and the other for bed and bath; having the extra space was nice to have on a rainy day. My room was just remodeled and had brand new everything; it also had a washing machine, very nice fridge, kitchen sink, small cook top. Lobby and lobby bar looks fantastic but I didn't get a chance to try the drinks. Location is good, some things are walkable but not all. Uber was easy to call from here.

This hotel was amazing 👏 please book this hotel if you're in the area as you will not be sorry. I only stayed for one night but plan to book again when I need to visit gangnam.

A luxurious hotel with large rooms and no odor. The gym has professional equipment and two indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The only downside is that the transportation is not very convenient, and it is a little far from the subway on both sides.

It has been reopened for a short time. As a five-star hotel, the overall cost performance is acceptable. There is a bus stop near the hotel to reach the surrounding commercial district, which is quite convenient. The front desk service is thoughtful and the bed is very comfortable

I stayed 2 nights (Sat & Sun) in the Residence Deluxe One Bedroom. The room was bigger than I thought, so it was great. The living room and bedroom were separated, and the refrigerator was big, which was nice. (I had a cooler summer because there was a freezer.) The staff were all friendly, and I plan to visit again next time.

The hotel was temporarily closed during the COVID-19 period, but after reopening it was excellent, including the breakfast.

First of all, the environment is high-end. But ❗❗❗The hot water is cold, there is no hot water at all, we didn't take a shower! The air conditioner is very noisy! I asked to call a taxi, but it didn't come for a long time. Don't stay here! ❗The hotel at this price actually has no hot water, no hot water, the air conditioner is like a tractor, and the sound insulation is very poor!

Even though we stayed for 5 nights, they didn't even give us water. The air conditioner in the room was broken. This is definitely not a 5-star hotel.

Very good, the service attitude is very good. The decoration of the whole hotel is very nice. Even the room type I stayed in at the beginning was a little small, but it was still good. The breakfast was great.
