I stayed here in May 2025 and was honestly disappointed with the service. Despite the hotel’s five-star label, the overall experience felt unprofessional and lacking in basic hospitality.
• I was asked to pay for a laundry bag—something that is typically provided complimentary in high-end hotels. A small detail, but it says a lot.
• Room service? Forget it. I tried calling several times during my stay and there were hours where no one responded. Completely unacceptable.
• During check-out, I waited patiently, only for another guest to throw her key at the counter and walk away—with no intervention or organization from staff. It felt like chaos disguised as luxury.
• And when I was finally approached by the staff, the first thing I was asked was:
“Where is the second room key?”
I simply answered:
“It’s in the room.”
(As if that was a major issue that required a tone.)
The hotel looks nice on the outside, but the service fails to match. Poor communication, lack of courtesy, and minimal sense of professionalism made this stay forgettable for all the wrong reasons.
Won’t be returning, and wouldn’t recommend.
