It was an amazing experience to stay at banyan tree Seoul. A bit quieter than other areas; which is lovely to have that bit of an escape. The service is impeccable and the staff are amazing.

First time at Banyan Tree
It was quiet..the staff were friendly and it was great
It was nice that there was a jacuzzi in the room so I could use it without being restricted by time, and there was a nice walking path around it so my husband and I walked around in the evening^^
It goes without saying that it's a hotel, but the staff were so friendly that I want to visit again^^

I tried to communicate with the hotel to cancel the order because of visa delays, but Banyan Tree's attitude was too bad, and there was no intention to communicate.
