The perfect location, right next to Myeongdong and Lotte department store. We had a deluxe room which is of decent size, quite a lot of space to put our things. Would highly recommend.

Amazing location (right beside myeongdong streets), staff and services were excellent as well. Not to mention the comprehensive gym. One of the better hotels I have stayed, would definitely visit if I am coming back to Seoul.

Located very close to myong dong 10 min walk. Airport bus stops right in front of the hotel. Employees were friendly and willing to help. Hotel elevator will connect to Lotte department store B1 level which then connects to subway. Hotel room was clean just wished we could make the room brighter. Water pressure waa good. Complimentary drinking water was given, room came with shower gel, hair shampoo, body cream and body scrubber! Room temperature was controllable unlike other places. We will definitely visit again.

Upkeep of the old wing is not good, its old, carpets of corridor r dirty, bathroom cleaniness is below standard, there's better choice for similar price
