Novotel Suites Ambassador Seoul Yongsan

Great breakfast! There is a huge selection, there are fruits, sliced fish, cheeses. The lovely suite rooms are large and have a kitchenette and washing machine. There is a shopping center nearby, and there are many cafes in it. There is a place to walk. The construction site in front of the hotel is a bit confusing. The overall impression is of quality and reliability.

We had a series of issues. The extra sofa bed was so hard that my family had trouble sleeping on two nights. Normally rollaway beds are too soft rather than too hard, but this was really uncomfortable even for my 12 year old son. Our powder form medicine that was in a plastic zip locked bag went missing the next day. They said it wasn’t taken or disposed or, but we looked in every corner of the room and still couldn’t find it. I saw long hair in parts of the washroom after it was cleaned. The shower strength is very weak and I think it’s because the shower heads are old. The room walls definitely has a bit of wear and tear. The design of the suite is very strange where you actually feel very cramped despite the room size, and it’s because a lot of space is occupied by empty closets and drawers. The breakfast range and quality is so so. The better parts of the stay was probably the check in process, the view from the room, the CU convenience store inside the building, and the PS5 that kept my son entertained while we shopped. Probably will think twice before staying at a Novotel.

Spacious, clean, and modern – Novotel Suites Yongsan is solid for both biz trips and holidays. Room got a nice city view, comfy bed, and well equipped kitchenette. Location is convenient, just above Yongsan Station and connected to a mall.

Easy to travel, there are walkway connecting to MRT Yangsan station Room is fully decorated with sanrio theme character, which was very cute. And the gifted (dolls and towel in sanrio theme character) are included in the room price Breakfast is good with diversity nation Very great onsen (Including cold and hot water pool) Hopefully the check out time will change to 12am (now there are 11 am)

Hotel is near Yongsan Station and convenient to many tourist attractions. Room is big but doesn't have simple cooking facilities, e.g. bread oven, electric stove, and kitchen utensils, hence more like a hotel room than a suite or aparthotel.

The hotel is very convenient located at across Yongsan station walk distance with elevator access directly to bridge walkway. I stayed in the normal novotel ambassador deluxe room as well as the suit both are clean and have everything you need. Suit gives you free access to the spa area. Would recommend booking this hotel also due to friendliness and helping staff. They managed to get me early checking after switching rooms. Also the view is amazing as attached picture show.
