- Dirty duvet cover. Still have stain after changing. - Didn’t say sorry for the dirty bedding - The swimming pool indeed is closed at 9:45pm, not 10pm as advised by the front desk. I went to the swimming pool at 9:15pm and expected to have 45 min for swimming. Very disappointed that the guard asked us to leave the swimming pool at 9:45pm. The hotel should tell the guests the actual closing ie 9:45pm instead of 10:00.

The hotel is great and good spot for shopping around the area as well as the location is good to go around to other places too. Hotel staffs at lobby are friendly and helpful, even the staff standing at outside the lobby are very attentive and kind too. We whole family are having such a good time and will be back soon to visit again. Thank you to all the staff's for your assistance and making our holidays memorable during our stay there.

Not in the busiest tourist area but easy to travel around with train or bus. Spacious room with great view and facilities. Directory or signage to the hotel could be better. Everything was good except the shower head was broken as well as the curtain in the shower room.

fantastic stay, great big and clean room. nice view of the city and even the N Seoul Tower. service was good but have to call concierge regarding clening up of room. location is slightly far from the nearest Yongsan train station (about 10mins walk). Yongsan station is connected to I'park mall which have many of the big shopping brands. overall it's worth the price that we paid for.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at the Grand Mercure Ambassador Hotel and Residences Seoul Yongsan. The hotel is conveniently located near the Novotel Ambassador Hotel, which is connected by a linkbridge to Yongsan Station. Yongsan Station is a hub of activity with both shopping and a train station, making it incredibly easy to get around and explore the city. Right in front of the hotel, there's an IT mall and a convenience store, adding to the convenience factor. I stayed in a two-bedroom apartment, and it was absolutely wonderful. The apartment came with all the amenities, including a washing machine, which made my stay even more comfortable. Overall, the location, amenities, and connectivity make this hotel a top choice for anyone visiting Seoul. Highly recommended!
