Overall room was clean, location was superb strategic. Water pressure was good. With lift but entrance have some staircase. Staff are friendly with chinese or english also can.

Location is good, less than 10 mins walk from Hoeyeon station. If you have heavy luggage, dont take exit 1 cuz you will need to climb stairs. Room is cozy enough if you are solo traveller.
Cons: The wall is very thin, you could hear ppl talking in the other room. Water pump is not strong enough.

Seoul is expensive than other asian contries, the money you pay in this hotel is not good much you get in services. The location is perfect, the infra has to be improved.
