Check in late at midnight, due to wet weather. The map showed that the hotel is nearby seoul station. But i spent a long time trying to locate exit13. In the end i decided to follow the online map, and brave the rain and took the street route from main entrance of seoul station( lotte mart side) The hotel is a indeed nearby. It's just along the main road, (and yes, i conquered the flight of stairs down towards the main road however I think there is a escalotor to avoid the stairs. Just need to explore a bit. ) The hotel is on the 3rd floor. And yes, have to climb the stairs. Because of midnight check in, don't panick. there is very clear instructions on the door, on how to enter the hotel. On the reception table, the hotel prepared a warm note with my name on it and the room key card. So glad to feel welcomed by the seamless self check in. Then room is decent in size. Big enough to open up a big size luggage. Toilet big and clean. Windows proper and big too. Windows provide a less enclosed feeling which is definitely helpful to a solo traveler. There is a pantry area welcome to use. Towels can diy exchange too. Nice clean accommodation at a lower price in seoul station area. Food and plenty coffee option downstairs. Hotel building is on flat ground instead of on a slope. Definitely highly recommended if don't mind the stairs to level3.

Good locations, walking distance to Seoul Station. But, the hotel has no lift, is a bit challenging to carry heavy luggage to the room.
Response from Property: Thank you for your review with comments. We are sorry for the to carry heavy luggages to the hotel . Hope you had great trip. Once again, Thank you.

Location is great, but there is no elevator and staff are unable to help bring luggage up 4 flights of stairs. Room is average but not the cleanest- unless you need to stay very close to Seoul station there are better options.

Accurately described and commented negatively as truth. Only thing good is location near Seoul Station. Definitely not worth the price.

The location of this lodging was unbeatable, but unfortunately we couldn’t sleep very well due to loud sounds from train tracks. If you are light sleeper like me bring ear plugs.

Just a place if you want to be close to Seoul Station. Very basic type of place, even less than an average motel or hostel. Not sure what the "grand" is supposed to mean.

The hotel is very close to Seoul Station so very convenient for early morning trains. The room has everything you would need. The only downside was the lack of elevator and the check in desk closes at 11pm until 8am. I think this should be made clearer at the time of booking.
Response from Property: Thank you for your review with comments. The Reception is running compactly. We always inform to out guests for reception running time when guests check in. All hotel information can check before booking. Thank you.

Location was good. Budget hotel.
Response from Property: Thank you for your review with comments. We are located near the Seoul station (KTX, AREX, Line 1 and 4). It is one and only good advantage point. But sorry for the many other disadvantages like ( around, no E/V etc).

Next to Seoul Station, it is convenient to take the Airport Express and KTX. It only takes 5-8 minutes to walk underground to Exit 13. After exiting, it is 10 steps to the right. But this exit is all stairs. After arriving, go up to the 3rd floor, CHECK IN, the hotel has no lift! No lift! You have to take the stairs. Please note the large suitcase There are hot and cold water machines and free 3-in-1 coffee in the public areas of the hotel! Luggage can be stored before CHECK IN and after CHECK OUT. .

The only good thing about this hotel is its convenience. It is right at the door from Exit 13 or 14 of Seoul Station, which is really convenient. But this hotel has many disadvantages. First, it does not have an elevator. You have to walk from the first floor to the third floor. If your room is on the fourth floor, you have to take a flight of stairs from the third floor to go up. Secondly, the soundproofing of this hotel room is very poor. When I was sleeping last night, the couple in the separate room were having sex. I could not only hear their screams, but also the bed shaking. Third, the bathroom environment is terrible, really sloppy, and not an environment that ordinary people can accept. I came to Korea just to experience the nightlife, so I didn’t have much time to stay in the hotel. I just went back and took a shower when I was very tired. , and went to bed. You have to be really tired to sleep, just like me, so don't be cheap. Plus I looked at the price of the hotel, and it's actually not cheap. So from beginning to end, the only advantage of this hotel is that it's really cheap. Very convenient. But my experience with such a room can be said to be very poor. Except for the location, I can only treat it as a hotel for other factors. The price is about US$20. I'm sorry that I forgot to take pictures because I was tired, but I suggest that you really don't choose this hotel. I feel that hotels in South Korea are generally more expensive, and even the price of a hotel like this is around US$70 per night. On the first night, I already wanted to change hotels. But it was a Friday and other hotels were very expensive, so I was reluctant to change.

☆Location When you leave Seoul Station towards Lotte Mart, go down the stairs and go straight to the right. When you see subway exit 14, it's a little further ahead on your right. There is a 24-hour convenience store and restaurant on the way. When you go down the stairs at the station, there is a Daiso, so it's a convenient location for buying toothbrushes and other items in Korea, where plastic amenities have been banned since May! I was able to enter the nearby restaurant even by myself. If you want to eat Korean food, you can go there. It's up to you to decide whether the food is good or not. ☆Exterior, interior, and room The exterior looks a little old. The entrance to the building is a slope, so it's easy to carry. There are stairs up to the 3rd floor with no elevator. It smells of an old building and cigarettes. The interior is beautiful! The hotel lobby is on the 3rd floor, and the switch for the automatic door at the entrance is in the gap in the wall to the right. You can open it with a button when staff are there, but you need a password at midnight. When you go inside, the wallpaper and atmosphere will dispel any anxiety you may have from the ghost stories, and you'll also smell good. Check your card key and password at the reception, and you'll receive amenities such as soap, body soap, and shampoo. There are rooms on the 3rd and 4th floors. To get to the 4th floor, take the stairs inside. *I was at the very back of the 4th floor. Bath towels and face towels are distributed here. You need to return used towels to the laundry basket on the counter. I'll post photos of the room for reference. The room has the bare minimum facilities. Air conditioner, TV, simple refrigerator, hair dryer, bath mat, and one bath towel. It's enough for sleeping. The bed is also clean. The bed is not made during your stay. Only Internet TV, YouTube, Netflix, etc. The refrigerator can hold four 500ml plastic bottles. It can barely hold food. It's big enough to hold a bijot vertically. Meals are eaten in the lobby. ☆Services The receptionist spoke Korean, English, and a little Japanese. I asked about Korean food, but they said it's difficult to find information. I looked for it on my own. Other than that, if you ask, they will probably look it up. I left the latest edition of the Japanese Korea travel guide in my room, so it would be nice if they could use it at the hotel so that people can see it later... Overall, the reviews are good. I think it's worth it considering the convenience of transportation!
