The hotel was perfectly located close to the shopping district in myeongdong . The biggest perks in the bus stop right out the hotel and the train station . Also the airport bus drops and collects you right outside the hotel ! They also have a burger place next to the hotel . The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and has a e mart store on the premises . The room was big and spacious and had the cutest view of the Namson tower . Overall it was a great 6day stay and will definitely come again .

Very nice place, comfortable and quiet. Easy to come to hotel by bus 6015 from Incheon airport (17 000/person). Near a lot shopping centres and architectural places.

Very well located — as others have mentioned, our airport bus came direct to the hotel, when we left we needed to head to Seoul station for a train and it was just a few subway stops away. The location is ideal for both the avid walkers and those who prefer to take the subway.
The amenities were fine. The fitness center has cardio machines (2 treadmills, amongst others) and some resistance equipment. No free weights. Did not use anything else of note. It is great to have a convenience store and pharmacy right on the ground floor, although note convenience store closes at 2300hrs, not open 24hrs.
Early check in or late check outs are charged at 10000won/hr, but you can leave your luggage with the hotel concierge.
We were there in winter, the AC works (unlike some other places when AC turns into [sometimes unbearable] heater in the winter).

The hotel service didn’t feel like a four-star experience at all. Sorry 🙁
The amenities were quite limited—no toothbrush or toothpaste provided. Drinking water was available near the lift through a water dispenser/filter.
My room faced another building, so I had to keep the curtains closed most of the time to maintain privacy. However, it did offer a view of Namsan Tower, which was a nice touch.
They mentioned that we would be charged if there was a stain on the bedsheet, but when we checked in, there were already stains on both the bedsheet and the curtain. I had to take pictures and videos as proof to show that these stains were there before we arrived and weren’t caused by us. It was quite frustrating.
In terms of location, it’s a bit far from Myeongdong, about a 20-minute walk. However, there’s a bus stop just a minute away, which makes traveling to Myeongdong more convenient. The airport pickup point right in front of the hotel was another plus.
