Overall is good
Just one thing to highlight is the water heater
It producing hot water but not enough of it , on and off turn itself
The heater could be too small to meet the households hot water demand , so we have no choice to limit the length of shower

住在一樓廁所會傳出渠味，有時關了廁所門仍有這個情況，另外晚上發現有黑色蟲在牆上爬，房主態度友善，熱心幫助，唯衞生雖改善

特に駅近という訳ではなかったけれど、駅から真っ直ぐ行ける位置にあるのは良かった。
1人だったから部屋の中は特に狭いとは感じなく、ちょうど良かった。お湯が出ないという口コミを見て心配していたけど普通に出た。(ちょっと調節が必要)
綺麗って訳では無いけど、汚れとかそこまで気になるほどじゃないかなーと思います。
安く泊まりたい方はまあいい所じゃないでしょうか。

・孔徳駅から歩いてすぐで、坂道もないため大きな荷物を持っていても移動しやすかった。また、チェックイン時はお兄さんが上まで荷物を運んでくれたのでとてもありがたかった。
・予約時のプランには朝食付きと書いてあったが、実際には朝食サービスはなかった。
・3月に利用したが、部屋に暖房がつけられないためかなり寒かった。ベッドには電気毛布が敷かれており、寝る時は暖かかった。
・トイレなどの水回り、ベッドは特に不衛生に感じる点はなかった。
・お湯が一定時間経つと出なくなる(貯湯式？)ので、髪の毛をしっかり洗いたい人は気を付けた方がいい。
・慣れていないと温度調節が難しいので、中途半端にシャワーを浴びると途中から水しか出なくなって凍える。
・横になって眠れればOKで、旅慣れてる人であれば特段問題ない宿かなと思いました。

場所は孔徳駅を出て5分ほど、裏路地にあります。
オーナーさんは優しく一つ一つ丁寧に教えてくれました。
一つ気になる点はシャワーのお湯が出ないことと調整が非常に難しいこと。。
これから韓国は寒くなるので厳しいと感じました。
始めからお風呂のタイルが濡れているのも気になりました。
11月まで暖房は付かないそうなので気をつけてください。
コスパも考慮して空港からは一本でいける立地なので、次の日の出発が早い時はまた利用するかもしれないです。

Excellent location as it was at a walkable distance to gongdeok subway. You can reach to this place from subway exit 4. Taxi was also available. Very close to bus stop. So many cafes nearby. Room was small but it was really worth the money. Host was very helpful and friendly. It is a place for self check in and checkout. Neat and cozy rooms best suited for smaller group/ family with less luggage. We cooked our ready to eat food and had lovely french cafe coffee.
