A decent hotel located just next to Myeongdong for us to visit Olive Young and just next to exit 12 of the subway station

initially i was very scared of the cleanliness after seeing multiple reviews. but to my surprise, it was ok! and yes the hotel don’t provide toothbrush and toothpaste. in fact, they’ll inform the guest when checking in. it was due to some government regulatory. not sure why ppl are complaining lol. the hotel location is super duper good – subway station is literally right in front of the hotel, 5 mins walk to myeong dong street food, 2 mins walk to CU. the only reason why i book this hotel because of NETFLIX. i binged watch sky castle 😂🤣 i would definitely book this hotel again for my next trip 😄

The location of the hotel is great, however, the hotel needs a lot of improvements in order to live up to its 4 stars title. The towels and beddings are old, there’s even stains and holes on my bed sheet. There are also a lot of flies in the bathroom, we gave up catching them after the first day. We also encountered an incident with the housekeeper on the first day. We told her we don’t want our room to be clean, but she wouldn’t stop ringing our doorbell and knocking our door and kept insisting on coming in.

Hotel service is very good and friendly. Breakfast is western. They don’t have iron board to share so has to go to laundry room which is hot and not clean. They do have a steamer to share.

We enjoy the stay, very good location for subway or buses, lots of restaurants and coffee shops around.
For my experience I would expecting more for the 4 star hotel.
