This was a hotel stay with extreme ups and downs. I stayed for three nights initially, and my overall experience was good. The Sky Bar was beautiful, the room was clean, and the location was excellent. I was very satisfied with everything, and the staff were friendly. I enjoyed those three days.
However, I checked out and spending one night in Busan, after that my nightmare began upon returning. I check- in late at midnight and my joyful feeling of coming back home quickly changed. The staff did not inform me that the bathtub in the bathroom had been replaced with a shower, which was disappointing. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that the bed linens had stains and didn’t seem clean. The carpet felt a bit moldy, and there were some old stains on the toilet seat, making it feel unclean.
I immediately went back to the front desk for help in changing rooms, but unfortunately, the staff said there were no available rooms for a swap and that I would have to wait until the next day, I not feeling she was truly want to help me. They also asked me to pack my luggage in the other morning for room changing. I still needed to stay for four more nights, and I felt it was disrespectful for the hotel to treat returning guests this way. What should I do since I have to stay here for another three nights? I hope the hotel can give me a satisfactory response.
