The Dalla call center even told me that I needed confirmation to proceed with the refund process, but since it was closed, I only heard the absurd statement that it would be processed tomorrow. Boss, isn't this kind of inconsiderate response to someone who waited outside in hot and humid weather for over 30 minutes to hear from me? I am writing this in the hope that no one will be harmed.
