It’s a sex motel so don’t expect much. I stay here since I’m not from seoul and need somewhere to stay for the night to visit the hospital that next morning. 
The walls were dirty and it smelled of cigarettes. 

フロントの方はとっても優しくて素敵だったのですが部屋のお風呂があまり綺麗じゃありませんでした。
壁にティッシュがたくさん詰まっているのも気になりました。

The person at the front desk was very kind and nice, but the bathroom in the room wasn't very clean.
I also noticed that there were a lot of tissues packed on the wall.

전철역 바로 앞이라 교통은 편리,
체크인이 오후 6시이후 가능하여 불편,
주변은 먹자골목으로 편리

It is right in front of the subway station, so transportation is convenient.
Check-in is possible after 6pm, which is inconvenient.
The surrounding area is convenient as a food alley

I stayed at this motel for only one night as it was close to a hospital I needed to visit the morning after. Like most motels in South Korea, I am most certain it’s a “sex motel,” and they are usually dirty and unkept. However, this motel is very modern and aesthetically pleasing. The room I stayed in was the “grand room.” Overall, great price for a one night type of deal. I recommend it if you are on the go. 

It smelled like cigarettes. The walls were stained. Over stayed here before and the first time- the room was spotless and super clean. As this is my second time staying here, I got a worse quality room even though I got the same premium “grand room” as last time. 
A bit disappointed.
