(+) large room with cooking facilities and a washing machine (+) large stylish bathroom (+) rooftop (even though the fencing is high and blocks the view and there was nothing to sit on) (+) stylish lobby (-) bathroom has a sliding door: looks posh but provides no privacy/soundproofing at all (-) overall lack of convenience in the room I would say? there was no bedside table on one side so I had to put the phone water etc on the floor. Lack of clothing shelves, hooks to hang towels etc. Stylish as it is, it feels like this hotel lacks some final things to become a truly great place

Location was very convenient as subway Is nearby and there was a kitchen as well. we could buy groceries nearby and cook in the kitchen

The room was big and comfy. It was great for our family. Just the cleaning service need to be requested. We booked this for our family visiting as our house nearby would've been too small for us.

It was good and convenient especially if you are going to Nami Island. Transportation is good from the hotel place. The bedroom is so comfortable to sleep in. Aside from the card key that was the funniest thing that happened to us during check-in 😁. We try to tap the card key below the door knob and it did not open. 😂 that was the fun part. But we open it for like 2-3 minutes hahaha. Probably will book again if we are going to Nami Island next year?!😁

The room is spacious and clean. It is convenient because it has kitchen facilities. It is easy to find because it is a large building. It seems convenient for families to stay. It is about a 5-minute walk to the station.

The staff were all very kind and I felt at ease when I stayed there. The room was also well-cleaned. It's a little far from Dongdaemun Station, but if you have a weather forecast card, it's no problem! I'll definitely stay here again when I go to Korea!

Located next to the Jungnang metro station, we lived in a corner room, three windows, two of them open, I attached the view from the window. The room was cleaned once out of 7 days; according to the rules, on the 4th day a request is sent by email asking what time the guests will be absent on the 5th day to clean. The first night we were very cold, then we found out that we had to ask in the lobby to turn on the heated floor in the room. By the way, there is no heated floor in the bathroom. The bathroom has a good hairdryer, shampoo, gel and conditioner, and small soap. Towels for two. The bed linen was fresh, but stained, which apparently cannot be washed out. The kitchen has everything you need to fry or cook and there is a small refrigerator. The washing machine is good and not noisy.

A pretty good option for a family trip. This is a residence-style hotel, so in addition to cutlery, the basic necessities for cooking are provided, including a rice cooker. The price is cheap and clean. The staff may be very busy during the day and their attitude towards customers is not that great, but the owner is very friendly in the evening. There are only a few outside parking spaces, so if there are no spaces, you must use mechanical parking. It is necessary to check vehicles that cannot be parked mechanically. Underfloor heating is central heating. However, since it is an ondol, if you ask for it and raise the heating temperature, it gets warm. What was disappointing: Some of the towels had a musty smell, so I had to boil them in the washing machine before using them. Please be sure to sort out and dispose of towels that are soaked with odor or something like that!! The bathroom door has a pulley-like mechanism that pushes it to the side, but the door is very heavy, making it inconvenient to open. (Closes well) There is no individual room cleaning for 2 to 3 nights. It's a bit annoying to sort out and throw away the trash yourself.

The rooms facing the street are a bit noisy. Everything else is OK

Comfortable and clean hotel, large room with all the necessary amenities, a microwave, washing machine, kettle, large TV and air conditioning. Not far from the hotel there is a metro station, as well as many cafes and shops. There is also a park nearby and riverside bike paths.

This hotel is very cost-effective. It may be because of the holiday. Hotels around Hongdae and Myeongdong are very expensive. I am very happy to find this hotel. It only takes about 5 minutes to walk to Jungnang Station and go there and back. Hongdae and Myeongdong are not too far either. The hotel room is very large, there is also a lobby and bathroom, and the hygiene is very good. I will stay here again if I have the opportunity!
