I won't lie, this wasn't the most comfy stay in Seoul. Mainly because the window is microscopic. If you close the shutters (if the shutters are open the "window" is a mesh screen, which can get a bit humid if it's raining) and turn the lights off, the room is pitch black. So in the morning when you wake up, it's very hard to tell the time because it could be 2am or you've overslept and it's 12pm. Which happened to us.
Other than that, the room is a bit old but fine. A bit dusty, and the wallpaper isn't perfect, but the bathroom has a bathtub, and downstairs there's a hot water machine if u want to make ramen.
If I remember correctly, there's a self check in machine, but someone will call the phone next to it if they see you struggling. The customer service is friendly and helpful.

The room was ok but there is no lock on the window. It was broken. There is no staff staying through my whole stay, but I could check in/out via machine.
ICN airport bus stop was just 3 min and it was very easy to catch!

Check-in is unmanned.
There is no elevator, so it may be difficult for those with large luggage.
Wi-Fi is available.
All electrical outlets are Korean. There is no USB, so a mobile battery is important.
When I told them it was cold, they turned up the temperature of the floor heating, so I couldn't stand on the floor lol.
Dust started to float around from nowhere, so I couldn't leave a drink open.

I stayed for 4 nights. On the first day, my flight was delayed so I couldn't check in until around 1:00, but I was able to check in over the phone with a staff member at the unmanned front desk. The room had a desk that was prone to dust, so it was very dusty. From the second day onwards, it was cleaned and gradually improved.
I accidentally flushed toilet paper down the toilet and it clogged, so I called and the staff fixed it right away. The service was very good. The location was good and it was cheap, so it was good. I'm a bit of a nervous person, but I could stay here again if I wanted to.
Oh, smoking is allowed, so there is a slight cigarette smell. (They cover it up with fragrance.) When I made the reservation, I requested a non-smoking room. There was no smell.

The room is well-equipped, clean, and easy to find. It is very high-end for self-stay. When you come to Korea, you must prepare a plug and a data card, otherwise you can't locate the location. However, there is WiFi everywhere, and you don't need a password to connect
