The room was basic but not very clean (lots of built up dust, hair, leftover bar soap from previous guest, dingy smell). That being said, if you just need a place to sleep, it’s a great value and a convenient location. Perfect to catch the AREX to ICN.

A bit far from train station needs a bit of renovation and cleaning. Using of washing machine is not free 5,000won per use (it’s my first time to exp that usually it’s free with other hotel/hostel) been traveling to korea couple of times so I know.

The staff were very kind!
I bought a large cushion and needed a vacuum cleaner to compress it, but a female staff member was happy to help me 🥹
I'm not very good at Korean or English, but thank you for your very detailed explanation.
I was able to leave my luggage before checking in, and the facilities were more than enough for a stay at this price.
I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

It is a guest house in a good location. Not far to walk from the subway, very close to Hongdae, there are a variety of places to eat. The walkway includes both uphill and stairs. The rooms are clean, overall comfortable. I really like it. The price is not high either. Very impressed.

I was happy to see my name printed on the guesthouse notice.
It was quiet at night.
The shower room was a little unclean...
It was conveniently located between Hongdae Station and Shinchon Station, but the slope is steep so it may be tiring for people with large luggage.
The bed and room were clean.

A guest house near Hongdae. I think it's good for people who go sightseeing outside and just want to sleep at night. It may not be suitable for people who want to spend a relaxing time at an inn. I was able to easily get into my room with self check-in. All instructions are written in English, so even those who don't understand Hangul are fine. The staff also speaks English.
