No 24/7 front desk service. When we arrived to check in at 3.30pm, there was no one at the reception. Need to call for them to come over to check us in.Bath towels were way too small, more like face towel. Breakfast is simple. The room is too small and sparsely furnished.

Breakfast is simple
But the room is very small and there is no aisle when the suitcase is opened.

If you live in a room for five people, the hair dryer can't be used for a long time! Otherwise it will smoke

The hotel is in a very good location and yet you can't hear any of the noise. The room was very small, but it was perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. The bathroom could do with a shower curtain. The breakfast was OK. The hotel is also in a very good location for excursions, as the pick-up point is usually Myeongdong subway exit 10. We would book the hotel again.
