This hotel is truly exceptional. The front desk staff speaks fluent English, which made check-in and any inquiries very easy. The hotel facilities are very clean and well-maintained. The morning sunlight and views are quite pleasing, and there's a bar with great cocktails in the evening. Additionally, the hotel is located in an area with very convenient transportation options. The only drawback is that I experienced static electricity when opening the room door, likely due to the dry weather in Seoul and not the hotel's fault.

The location was quite convenient and the room was simple but clean suitable for a long stay.  There is a convenience store at the basement which is another nice-to-have function for the hotel. I will come back here when I have a business trip to Seoul again in future.

Superb location in gangnam area. Convenient to go everywhere by subway and bus. There is 7-11 at basement. The bed is smaller than other hotels I have ever stayed in Seoul but its comfy. The bad sides are no toothbrush and toothpaste provided and you cannot ask for more bottle of water.

Great hotel. Good location. The metro is within walking distance. Polite staff. There is washing and drying.

The hotel front desk is on floor 9. Easy check in and out. The room is clean.

Amazing location, clean rooms, great service, everything was quick. Rooms are small but good enough for two or three people. Highly recommend for tourists visiting Seoul or people on business trips.

Good location / Convenience / near shopping department and cafe

Staff is incredibly kind and attentive. Great beds and shower. Very clean and safe.

There were mosquito in the room, need to check on that as an issue.

Location was perfect. Room and bathroom were clean. Only thing I wish was the room space, which was a little too small for two of us to be comfortable.

Zero reason to stay at this hotel... To iron your clothes you need to go to a community ironing room. More like a backpacker hotel

My to go to hotel when i travel for business. Right size for business trip. The hotel is clean and staff are super nice. maybe they can consider having more food variety other than buffet.

The location is good, it nearby the mrt station and olive young , Starbucks downstairs. However, the hotel breakfast was really so-so, I stayed 5 days and gave up 3 breakfast. Also if your a gym person, the gym equipment is fine, but small room and no window at all.

Best location, the service of all staffs were very kind and satisfied.
