Location was great and on site parking was convenient! No much to the room and staff was friendly enough.

It was horrible. Bad hygiene same bedsheets every day. They don’t even make up the bed properly. I asked for a different room but that room also had te same problems and mold etc..

There was hair in the bathtub and the surfaces were covered in dust and oil. The hotel management didn't do anything to make up for it either.

The room was exactly as it was in the photos, with the only detail that in the photos the room looked clean. When I got to the room, the first thing I noticed was an unpleasant smell and the floor and walls looked dirty. And the worst of all and what made me most indignant was when I went to the reception to ask for a room change because I didn't feel comfortable there, When I went to reception I spoke politely and calmly at all times, but that girl at reception raised her voice and looked at me in a displeased way And besides yelling at me in front of everyone, she come up to my room to tell me that I had used the bathroom.

The room is to small… and the lighting is a bit dark… maybe cause of the wall was painted with black colour

The room size is very small, the service is just ok. I stayed there for not more than 8 hours. The room was quite clean. The bed was not as comfortable as I expected

The hotel room was not very impressive. everything old needs to be updated. I would not recommend it to a family with a child. Also no hygiene kit was included. Although other hotels are all inclusive. There was no street view from the room although we booked with a street view. Next time we will be more careful when we book a hotel in Seoul.

Very good location, but just that the room wasn’t very clean. But still manageable

The place was near the station. Convenient.

All facilities good, but do not have “do not disturb” button or card. Housekeepers will entry your room to clean up. Suggest guest can prepare notes to place on the door if you do not want cleaning service when you are in the room.

It was okey but don’t have public area restroom

Nice location, front desk people are really helpful, they helped us to call the taxis, recommend mat-jib (nice restaurant) near the neighborhood. The physical layout of the hotel is true to the pictures online!
