In June 2023, there is no elevator in this guest house, so if you bring many pieces of luggage and it's heavy, better you find another guest house.
The location is quite far from 홍대입구 it takes 15 minutes or more to go there.
Less for amenities, especially for the bath amenities (shampoo, conditioner and soap), so if you want to go bath, better you go upstairs (main bathroom)

The residence was a great place to stay for cheap. It won't be as nice as a hotel, but for the price and its central location in Hongdae, it can't be beat. The checkin is on the 4th floor, and the receptionist was able to speak English. The restroom and central area is shared between multiple guests, but the bunkbeds are in separate rooms and private.

I booked a guesthouse just to sleep, but the facilities were really bad for the price.
A small room for 4 people with 2 metal bunk beds... The door didn't lock properly and it was right in front of the lobby, so I was worried.
The towels were really old...
Even though I went in mid-October, there were so many mosquitoes that I couldn't sleep (my husband actually slept in the car).
The bathroom and shower were really uncomfortable. There were no bathroom slippers.
The sink wasn't connected to the drain, so when I washed my face, the water dripped down the floor and splashed all over my feet...
The toilet seat cover was smaller than the toilet, so it was really uncomfortable.

Pros: Wide gap between the upper bunk beds
Cons: The beds look clean, but there are bugs like mites or ants on the bed sheets, so people including me sprayed Epquila at dawn, and the price is high for an 8-person dormitory.

The service is pretty good, but there is no ventilation or air conditioning in the room. It smells bad, and there are mosquitoes. There are also two girls outside who are supposed to be from the UK. They have a hands-free meeting until 2 o'clock. It's really noisy. I only slept for a few hours and basically every night. Wake up twice an hour

Even though the facilities were old, there were some parts that I had to endure because I had to make a reservation in a hurry, but the hardest part was that there was not even a summer blanket or a common hanger =_=;; And the sound of the door opening and closing was too loud.
