It's a little small with an auto-lock, but it's a private room with a shower and toilet, so it's cheap and very convenient.

I had trouble because the key battery was dead and the key wouldn't lock. I emailed them and they dealt with it right away, but I wish they would check the key battery before I checked in.

The hotel sign is so small that it's hard to tell if the hotel even exists. Also, in the Korean notation, the words "Lotte Tower" were not written at all, making it even more difficult to understand.
There is no staff on hand for check-in/check-out instructions at the hotel, and I didn't know that the check-in instructions were sent by email, so I wish there was a note at the entrance that referred to the check-in instructions by email. I was confused because I didn't know how to check out or how to leave, so I wish they would write the check out method in the room.
