Since we arrived late we didn't check in with a person but got a note that told us which floor/room/bed we would be sleeping in. Everything was really nice, the floors were heated which was perfect with the weather getting colder. Although they do provide a towel, it's a small one so I recommend bringing one yourself if you want to be able to wrap it around you. It's a great location as well, close to a lot of restaurants, shopping streets, and the hongdae nightlife.

It's highl recommended for solo traveling accommodating here with the reasonable room fare, good location for moving. Not bad.

I did not actually stay in the hostel. I had to cancel my trip due to last minute medical emergency, however, the communication and customer service from the hostel was appalling! They refused to respond to my email and they only responded when trip team member was involved. In the end, I paid for 7 days but they only refund me for 5 days despite me not staying at all! Your hostel should not only think about money but should be more emphathic to situation that be external to anyone's control! There is such thing as karma for those who don't believe it!

Good hostel for exploring Seoul.
Nice location in Hongdae and close to metro to get around the city
The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable and have privacy curtain which is nice.
There’s not really a nice common area but it’s ok to meet other travellers as there’s not loads of places to sit so everyone kinda hangs out.
Only weird thing was not being allowed to take luggage into the room

The location is great nearby 연남 . Price is acceptable. However, I think the shower room and toilet should renovate, because it's quite old already.

我在首爾住了1晚，這家青旅地理位置很好，離弘大步行街很近，老闆人也很好，但是樓梯很矮，洗澡洗臉間衞生有點差，晚上有個人半夜2點吃零食，反正沒有睡好，不建議入住這裏。
