Beautiful hotel with and conveniently close to everything. The metro station is right in front of the hotel, there's a market right behind the hotel and Myeong-dong street is just down the street. The staff of the hotel are friendly, the bed is comfortable and the room spacious.

The receptionist’s attitude was very arrogant and rude. Towards all the questions we raised her answer was just no without even want to give any explanation. Two bellboys were just standing there watching us moving 5bags up and down from and to the car without even offering to help, have no idea what is the purpose they hire someone standing at the door. The room services not even refill the water and amenities even toilet papers and shampoo bottle is empty, we booked for 5 nights and have reason to believe they missed out the refill on purpose to save cost. When we called for room service to inform they that they forget to refill, they asked us pay extra which is supposed to include in their packages. One of the socket in their room mulfunction and even have some sparks when plug in which is so terrible.

Best location, design and hotel in seoul. If they can improve their plugs would be even better. Difficult to charge multiple devices at one time

Fantastic hotel in an absolute centric location! This hotel experience starts from the front door. Absolutely magical place to stay and definitely not a bland experience! We enjoyed it very much and the room was very comfortable and sets the mood for the perfect getaway. There is a train exit from Hoehyeon station right beside the hotel and is located adjacent to Shinsegae department store and Myeongdong shopping street.

L’escape Hotel is definitely a hotel to book for when you visit Seoul. The location is excellent. It is 1 min walk from namdaemun street where u can grab some authentic Korean street food. It is a 1 min walk to the airport limousine bus stop and around 5 mins to Myeongdong if you want to stay at somewhere less hectic. It is around 10 mins walk to Seoul station. The interior design of the hotel is very nice.

The check in was nice I think by Bell. Overall I m very satisfied, majority of the staff are so polite but they didn't let me in at the beginning even I asked to pay extra fee for early check out I was so tired after the flight. But very kind gentleman after 3 hours let me to check in Big thanks to him. I love L'escape.

Location is very convenient as it's just next to the MRT station and opposite the Shinsegae department & duty-free store. Stay in the hotel itself is comfortable, the lighting is a little too dark to my liking but I guess that's the design concept of the hotel which looks like the Hotel Deluna in real.

During our long stay we broke a glass and we were asked to pay for it. We also asked for an extra blanket and a high fee was to be charge daily which made us not interested. Other than that the staff was very kind, helpful, friendly and caring. The room was spacious and clean and the location was excellent.

Hotel was tastefully designed with a Parisian style and can be seen in every corner of the hotel. Generally, it was a comfortable stay but the room was too dark and there was no way to add extra lighting. Will be good if a choice of cool light is made available instead of just the warm light. Went during spring and room was rather hot and stuffy but good that the windows can be opened to allow natural cool air to flow in. The staff were also helpful to make the stay more comfortable by adding a standing fan to the room. However, quite a number of amenities are chargeable, like toothbrush and toothpaste. Others like coffee capsules and bottled water are also chargeable if more than 4 is requested. Location was very good as it's in between Myeongdong and Namdaemun. Many restaurants and a few convenience stores nearby.

It has a nice view of the city and the furniture was great.

Very quaint hotel. Love the deco. Room is generously big. Service is excellent. Many eateries within walking distance. Definitely a hotel in Seoul I'll return to.

I absolutely loved this hotel. It was a very convenient location right across the street from the subway, which connected you to every part of the city easily. As a solo female traveler, I felt extremely safe and welcome here. The amenities in the room were fabulous and clean facilities. They also had a bar at the hotel which offered some amazing craft cocktails, although they were pricy. You can’t beat the Parisian style of this hotel and overall it was a cool experience.
