Great service. Very nice view on high floor. Check in and out was fast and efficient. Pre-arrange deco in hotel room was excellent. Will definitely revisit the hotel again.

South Korea's tallest hotel!! should come and stay for once in a lifetime. The view is so beautiful, I upgraded to a river view, and I recommend it!

Hotel rooms located on high floor, fabulous scene facing the lake side with spacious room, very relaxing. Convenient subway station underneath hotel, few minutes walk to Lotte world Mall and department stores

I didn't have high expectations since it's a hotel optimized for couples rather than families, but it's a great hotel to go to with children. The overwhelming view is great and the service is also excellent.

A hotel with a gorgeous view and high level of service. There is a huge shopping mall nearby. The whole city is visible at a glance, you don't need to go to the observation decks! But all the city's attractions are far away from it.

It's friendly and has a great view. It's also nice to relax in the lounge.

Okay.. The view is definitely good.. I think it would be worth using at least once.
