Four Points by Sheraton Josun, Seoul Station Reviews

We booked this because we want to make it convenient for ourselves as we are leaving for airport via AREX. Rooms and fine, but a little small if you have 2 luggages. Not all staff there are approachable. The staff who checked us in was polite but we encountered some frontdesk who have a straight face and unfriendly, so it auddenly turned unpleasant. Those working at the conceige are very polite and nice too. Housekeeping staff are very approachable too. This hotel is good when you are travelling subways or trains to Seoul Station. If weather is cold or wet, it's all covered all the way. Just look for Exit 12, and you will see sign boards for four point hotel. I used city airports as I am travelling by Korean Air. We timed ourselves that morning as we left the hotel with 2 luggages, walking from hotel to Seoul Station takes about 9 minutes, will be faster without luggages. If all the way to the city airport it will take about another 10 minutes, plus waiting time for the lift. So do factor in the time during your planning. Overall its a good hotel and I will come by again.

Hotel is comfortable and clean and its a convenient area, access to subway station from the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The walk from seoul station is not that near. Quite a long walk with direct underpass but flat surface. Take note the underpass only 6am-11pm only. Room was huge for 1 pax, you can even open 2 big luggages on the floor. Had the first guest floor which is on 20th floor, which is quite high already. Room was clean and pillow was soft. Iron only 1 in laundry room.

location not bad, about 10-15mins walk from seoul station, from arex if u know how to cut 10mins approx. enjoyed our stay. stayed corner room for three, fits everyone with three large suitcases. great team, everyone was friendly. recommended!

I stayed at a hotel near the Seoul station. It was clean and had no complaints. The location was convenient and the staff were friendly. The room was comfortable and the amenities were good. Highly recommended.

Superb service and location! Housekeeping was above and beyond! Under ground level linked to subway station, very convenient! Coffee shop, restaurants and olive young right underneath.

This is a hotel that caters to the business traveler. As such, it is not a Korean certified tourist hotel. This means the casual traveler cannot get the VAT reimbursed. Still, the hotel is convenient, clean and quiet. The dining room is spacious and the breakfast is good with plenty of choice offerings. The staff is exceptional, very friendly and eager to help. I would stay here again.

Service was one of the best I ever seen. Good Englsih level, Kind approach, hands on and flexible in order to provide good service. The person that made my check in, and the trainee that made my check out was both Great!!

Very nice hotel, good location, short walking distance to subway and airport express

I had a great stay at this hotel. Although it's a bit far from the busy areas, it offers a Sheraton-style ambiance and a clean environment. The highlight was the amazing view of Seoul from the higher floors. Overall, I have no complaints about my experience. Highly recommended.

Close to Seoul station connected with a underground pathway. Hotel is flexible and allow early checkin. Room is a bit small, but price is reasonable.

Strategic location but the room slightly smaller for 2 pax travellers
