We asked the hotel to check out on the day we arrived, and the hotel front desk refused to check out after two hours of negotiation. Later, we found Ctrip customer service to help us solve it. We booked 4 consecutive nights, but only refunded us the last two nights. After enduring two days of garbage rooms, we stayed in Sky Garden No. 1 for the last two nights, which was even cheaper than this shabby hotel. It was impeccable in all aspects!
