Very comfortable stay. The hotel is 5mins walk from the DDP station and close to all the late night shopping malls.

Back again here. Nice hotel and location is convenient nearby dongdaenam station which is usual tour pick up point.

The 3 single beds room which we booked were really big and there's a microwave oven, cooker, washing machine etc. The toilet is big and really convenient for 3 ladies to stay together. We loved the scent of the shampoo, conditioner, body/hand wash and body lotion. The house keeping staffs really did a very great job in cleaning the room on daily basis. Thank you very much. For the location, it is more convenient to take public buses to Namdaemun, Hannam-dong, Myeongdong etc. The only negative was the strawberry and the milk we bought was frozen after placing in the fridge overnight. Other than that, we really enjoyed and will return to stay again.

Location was good as it was located near Dongdaemun station. It was also walking distance to Gwangjang Market. Services was efficient as well as I had issue with the Aircon but it was resolved the moment I reported it. Only problem would be due to their the limited toiletries.Nonetheless, would stay there again :)

Room size is reasonable, clean and location convenient. The toilet was stuck and the maintenance service very fast to come over and fix.

Everything was great. Facilities was good. Enjoyable stay. Hotel staff are all friendly and professional.

Door lock cannot function then we change the room that room smelling not good , and the hairdryer also cannot function, so we hope can have better experience in next time .

Receptionist was most helpful, offering us early check in. Room was of decent size and clean. Near to airport bus and subway. Good location. It would be good if they provide toothbrush and toothpaste in the room.

All good nothing bad, will surely return!!! We booked a premium suite room for 2adults and 3kids. Kids stayed on a sofa bed. It was a real high class 5star residence, not alike Oakwood Coex where we stayed in the previous week (2bedroom residence), which was more like a 4star residence for a higher price. Best option to go for if you are travelling with kids!!!

Close proximity to DDP and wholesale fashion retail that are open all night. Pleasant stay, hotel well managed and cleared up heavy snow outside for easy walking during our stay!
