This was a very nice hotel. The staff were helpful and the room service was good. It was closely situated to the Lotte world entertainment park. This was good for our young son. There's also lots of small restaurants and convenience, stores around the hotel, so finding food is easy.

I booked this hotel because it was super close to Lotte world. Everything was great for one night and I found great lunch options nearby (didn't really explore but there's a lot to choose from it looks like). Only thing that I'll consider for next time is that food delivery apps drivers must leave the orders in the lobby for pickup by guests. But that's honestly not a big issue and I'll definitely come back if the price is right.

The location was convenient - under 10min walk to Lotte World Adventure/Mall/Tower and many restaurants and convenience store.
The superior double room was on the smaller size for two people. No amenities were provided (except for shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels - remember to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and etc. Bath robes seemed well used.
Breakfast was 12,000 won (discounted price if you paid a day in advance). Food was decent for the price.
Overall, service was good. The hotel offered a 20% coupon to the coffee shop next door (Oodo 55 coffee) and luggage storage service prior to check in and after check out.

Quite a let down. Like a love motel than 4 star hotel. Semi see through toilet & shower, not appropriate for family or friends who are sharing room. Wash basin is oddly in the sleep area directly facing the bed.
