Recommended for first time visit Seoul, the location of the hotel connects to multi subway line, and bus stop. Near convenient store, E-Mart, 24hrs.
Room is clean and its space is perfect for 2people staying together. Toilet machine and bathroom is separated and they provide body wash and shampoo, towels please don’t forget to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste or cotton buds for yourself.

Location ok.. the room is small and the hotel didn't provide tooth brush and toothpaste, need purchase from hotel.. this irritated me when I check with customer service. Service not so good, room service forgot to provide coffee to us and the bed sheet didn't change everyday. Felt like not so worth to stay here. Will not recommend to my friend and family.

Overall, good. Little improvement in the breakfast menu will be a plus.

Very good location. It's easy to go to Myeongdong street and night market. Shops and Michelin guide restaurants, restaurants cafes and street food are within walking distance. The toilet has been updated with the latest system. Heated seat automatic spray and dryer and automatic flush when you close the lid are so appreciated. When i am tired from the walk shop I just go back to the hotel and rest. Too bad reception needs to upgrade their English level knowledge. Don't expect someone to guide you where to go in korea just hail google and do your own research.

Very convenient location. Room is in good size compared to in Japan. I recommend this hotel for short trip.

Overall is good, bets is the location, few min walking distance to Myeongdong street, a 24hrs emart next to lobby, but breakfast is too limited variety.
I will only rate the staff = average. As in not so professional.

The room was clean , the facilities of the hotel well being . The staff was good in services . Absolutely good just need a short walking distance to the main myeongdong main streets . Just 5 mins away to bus limousine bus stop .

Good location. It is not inside the Myeongdong food/shopping street but it's convenient. The bus station going to the airport is quite near and the front desk assisted us the location of the airport bus.

This hotel is located in a convenient area, close enough to a few tourist spots as well as a shopping area. The staff were polite and check-in was an easy process, though they do request either a debit or credit card information as a . (They don't take cash). The room was small (even for a twin room), but was clean enough. The only issue I had was that on the first night there, the towels in my room were dirty and I had to call the front desk to replace them. They apologized and brought clean ones afterwards, but still it was a bit disappointing.
Breakfast was a mixture or western and eastern food, but not a lot of variety. Anyways, the overall stay was a 7/10 for me.

No bath and hair shampoo and towels upon check-in to the room, so much inconvenience and yet no action taken to pacify the guests, at least with a welcome drink would be much appreciated
