Rooms very different even when same type of rooms are booked, or at least it was for our case. Air cleaner was broken, not a single staff smiling and they never tell you when checking in that you must leave your room keys with them and tell them to clean your room.

The location was great for my business trip. The room wasn't bad, but it was a bit lacking for the price.
I guess it's because of the great location. The facilities were clean, but a bit dated.

The hotel staff were very friendly and the rooms were comfortable so I had a comfortable stay. There was a currency exchange machine on the first floor and the cafe on the 20th floor had really good coffee and a great view. I definitely want to come back next time.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very satisfied with the overall experience.
The room has a great view of the city, especially at night, when the lights outside the window are bright and impressive. The environment is quiet and comfortable, perfect for relaxing.
The bedroom is spacious and very clean, the bedding is neat and comfortable, and the mattress is just the right firmness, which made me sleep well all night. The lighting design is also very atmospheric.
